Return & Exchange policy

At DANYAM, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear or damage
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by law)
  • Gift cards

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
